Accessing interactive maps on websites

I've been having trouble accessing interactive maps on some sites that I need to use. I have tried accessing via MS Edge, Firefox and Chrome with the same results: the website shows up OK in the address bar, but the "waiting circle" keeps turning and never actually throws up the interactive map. As its all my available browsers showing the same issue, I can only assume its not the browser.

I thought it might be in Windows 10, but a complete reload (MS Helpdesk supported) did not solve it.

I can get to the sites on my Android phone using Chrome.

An example public website interactive map is at: http://maps.bristol.gov.uk/kyp/?edition=som

Any clues?

    Hi

Please try these simple steps.   We need to clear the unwanted temporary files, junks and we need to try browser reset.

    Step 1

    Try windows + r
    on the run window
    type temp
remove the files on temp folder by using shift + del.    Use ctrl + a to highlight files.

    Step 2

    Try windows + r
    on the run window
    type %temp%
remove the files on temp folder by using shift + del

    Step 3

    Try windows + r
    on the run window
    type cleanmgr
Please uncheck thumbnail and recycle bin on the list
    click on ok

    Step 4

    Internet optimization

    Try windows + r
    on the run window
    type inetcpl.cpl
it will go to internet options
    click on Advanced
click on reset on the bottom
click on box  "delete personal items"  - It will show a disclaimer -  Please read it and click on agree
    click on reset

Now try to access the browsers..

    It will work fine now

That comes up just fine for me in FireFox. It's primarily javascript code, so perhaps you have that turned off?

The process in mohan2018's post didn't work for me unfortunately. Javascript is enabled. But did try SAFE mode and could get to the sites.
