my laptop is like a moody teenager sometimes. Once in a while I’ll be using it and the wifi connection will disappear all of a sudden. I’ve tried restarting my computer, but that doesn’t work. It’s not that my wifi is down because I’m still able to use it on anything else in the house. My laptop refuses to even show me other possible internet connections or could make. If I turn on the wifi switch thing it turns itself off. Sooo I don’t know what to do anymore, kinda need some help.

    Hello @Miniswag

kindly follow the below steps to do Powerwash in your unit and then try to connect to your Wifi network.

Use the following steps to restore the Chrome OS:

    1) Turn off your Chromebook.
    2) Press and hold down the Esc key and refresh (the 4th key in the first row of the keyboard) key and then press the power button to turn on the Chromebook.
    3) The Chromebook will boot to Developer Mode. Press Ctrl + D to turn off OS verification.
    4) When prompted to turn OS verification off, press Enter and the Chromebook will restart.
    5) At the OS verification is OFF screen, do not press the spacebar when prompted. The recovery process will start automatically after approximately 15 seconds.
    6) The restore process takes about 5 minutes. A progress bar appears at the top of the screen.
    7) The Chromebook restarts and prompts to re-enable verification. Now press the spacebar.
    8) Press Enter to confirm that you wish to turn OS verification on.
    9) OS verification is back on and Chromebook reboots automatically.
    10) The "Welcome!" screen will be displayed and you can complete the on screen instructions.

Your Chromebook will now be set to factory default settings.

Kindly hit "Yes" if this helped you! :)
    Smile :)
