Why my laptop is not charging ?

I bought my Predator Helios on 04/10/2019 and it has not been fully charged till now no matter how much time I have plugged in the charger. I am unable to understand what do I have to do in order to charge it fully and make sure that Acer has not sent me a faulted product?

    Harry47 First of all whats the full model we are talking about here and secondly try this procedure in order to perform a battery reset on you model if is a 2019 h300 you dont have a pinhole so disregard the video and the step 3 follow step 1 and 2 uninstall the acpi driver disconnect from AC hold the power off for 30s+ and let it rest for 2/3h then boot into bios reset to defaults let windows install the acpi driver and see if the issue persists if so check your battery wear percentage if its an earlier model follow all steps in the video to reset the battery also you should calibrate your battery first time you used it by let it charge completely and discharge 3 times then repeat the procedure once every 3 months or so to keep it calibrated
