    Hi jaumaster1996,

Try reinstalling the sound drivers in device manager.
    1. Click the Windows icon in your Taskbar, type device manager in the Start Search box, and then press Enter.
    2. Double-click on Sound, video, and game controllers.
    3. Locate and double-click the driver that is causing the error.
    4. Click the Driver tab.
    5. Click Uninstall.
    6. Restart the computer.

no meu caso não ha driver com erro, ele só não reconhece que foi conectado um fone.

Try to do a Bios default.
    1. Restart your computer. ...
    2. Wait for the computer's first startup screen to appear. ACER LOGO ...
    3. Repeatedly tap F2 to enter setup. ...
    4. Wait for your BIOS to load. ...
    5. Press F9 and Hit Yes, Press F10 and Hit Yes. ...
If its not even after that then it can be a hardware issue. Is the unit under the warranty.?

In my case there is no faulty driver, it just does not recognize that a headset has been connected.
