Predator PT315-51 is my predator laptop .

i bought my laptop a week ago. my laptop screen blinks minutely at 0 brightness and no ac power adapter connected ? but when connected to power supply the screen works normally with out any issues.

  • Can you record a video? Have you tried resetting the battery?

    Can you record a video? Have you tried resetting the battery?
    I had restted my battery through software process and even i resetted the laptop but no change .

    iniyan <<I had restted my battery through software process >> what do you mean via software process you should be doing it manually as it showed here if you have a pinhole in the bottom if not disregard step 3 and use the power button for a complete discharge also check your battery powerplan advanced settings

    I mean i press and hold the power for 15 second , the lap offed and gain i pressed the power button to on the laptop

    iniyan if you dont have the pinhole in the bottom of the laptop disconnect from AC press/hold the power to shut it down for 30s or more to completely discharge it then let it rest for 2/3h after boot into bios and reset to defaults and see if the issue persists you can also uninstall the acpi driver before you start the procedure and let it install after the bios setup step
