My acer aspire laptop stopped working properly within a year of purchase and it won’t turn on to back up my data. Is there any assistance or reimbursement for shipping and data recovery because they said something like $80 for data and that I need to use a tracked courier. Considering I paid a good chunk of money for the laptop in the first place it’s crazy that I’d have to spend even more to fix a laptop that should have been working properly in the first place. I’d appreciate any advice or guidance anyone could give me.
