Hi, sorry to hear it. Kindly try to do the following steps and check.

Refresh PC using Alt + F10:

    1) Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.

    2) Hold down the ALT key down and press the Power key to turn on the computer.

    3) Immediately after pressing the power key, keep on tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key. Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.

    4) Select Troubleshoot.

    5) Click Reset your PC.

    6) Click Next, then select keep my files.

    7) Click Reset to begin the recovery.

This will delete only the 3rd party apps that have been installed in the unit.

If this doesn't work kindly try the below step to reset the unit and check by reloading the entire OS.

    3) Immediately after pressing the power key, keep on tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key. Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.

    4) Select Troubleshoot.

    5) Click Reset your PC.

    6) Click Next, then select Just remove my files.

    7) Click Reset to begin the recovery.

Kindly post the results after trying the above steps.
