Hi, I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54-58YY, and yesterday it started freezing up so I restarted it. Upon reboot, it would always bring up a screen reading “No bootable devices”. I tried creating a Windows 10 installation USB but to no avail did it work. I also tried troubleshooting through all “Advanced options” but again nothing worked. Help me out here pls

    Good evening emarnsk !

Is your HDD normally recognized in the Bios information tab?
Have you tried reinstalling the factory OEM system?

In BIOS the HDDs read “none”

Is your device still under warranty?
If not, open the access cover and remove the HDD.
Check connections and cables and reconnect tightly and test.

I checked the HDD and the connections and cables and everything seems to be in place. Still no luck.
