Problem no HDMI in Acer Predator Helios 300

A seguir, tenho meu Acer Predator Helios 300, mas alguns dias depois, ou o hdmi não funciona, quando você conecta o hdmi nele tudo bem, isso até eu escolher o monitor da TV ligada ou o boi desativado e dois erros ocorridos

1 ° O drive do intel hd graphics 630 alguns 
2 ° As animações de vídeo e de interface ficam lentas demais
Isso tudo quando tá na minha tv com hdmi

Já faz 3 meses, já formatei 2 vezes e acontece o mesmo problema, o que eu faço

Johnnatha, if you're still there, sorry that i didn't answer you, a lot has happened in these years

Now my Acer Predator Helios 300 has ssd and this is the following, I managed to solve this problem as follows (But first, tell me what version of your intel and nvidia drivers are you and can you update the Intel drivers?)

1.Go to the nvidia control panel

2.Go to Manage settings in 3d

3. Global settings> Preferred graphics processor

4.Select "High-performance NVIDIA processor

The only point about this is that if you use the computer outside of hdmi, mainly for about 50 min or 1 hour, I am not sure what this problem returns when you reconnect the hdmi and then for it to come back you will have to:

Either turn off and on or restart your Acer predator helios 300 or to be quicker to exit your user profile and return.

And for you to know, my Intel driver versions are as follows

Nvidia: 466.27

Intel: 25.20.100.6576

And if in case you're wondering why I asked if you can update your Intel drivers, it's because I can't update mine, not even for that intel driver support assistant program.
