There is more than one fan in the TC-603 (IIRC a CPU fan, a GPU fan, the PSU fan and a case fan), which one is acting up? Often the noise is dust buildup on the fab blades, less often the bearing are going bad or a piece is chipped off a blade. Acer doesn't sell the CPU fan without the heatsink. I believe the case fan is 92mm four wire. The graphics fan depends on which card is installed. The power supply fan is a hassle to replace and a replacement supply might be easiest.

Thank You so much for a very cool response... Yes it's in the PSU, which I think is a 750 Watt.  I'll check out those links for pricing.  Although if they're a bit much, what I'm going to do afterward is yank this fan, look for the model number and/or take all the measurements and find it on the net.  Thanks... Mack

If the noise is from dust build up unevenly on the blades a trick is to just bump the edge of the blades with a screwdriver while running. As long as you don't shove it in hard enough to mar the blades it'll knock most of the dust off. :)
