Hi. I recently bought an Aspire E 15 laptop. Overall performance has been good. But usually if I leave it alone and igt goes to sleep, it won't wake up. I have to hard reset. Second, whether it's asleep or powered down, it doesn't always respond to the power button for turning on or doing a hard reset. I have to try it several times, and sometimes walk away and come back, for it to work.

    Hai @SARCOGUY
You can try with powerdrain in your computer
For doing a power drain, follow the below steps:
    1. Turn off the Laptop
    2. Unplug all the cables from the Laptop
    3. Take out the Laptop battery
    4. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and then release it to drain the flea power (static charge.)
    5. Reconnect all cables back again and turn on the laptop
If the laptop has inbuilt battery,
         1.Turn off the laptop
2.Unplug all the cables from the laptop
3.On the backside of the laptop you can find a small pin hole, insert a paperclip into the pinhole, press and hold it for 30 seconds.
4.Reconnect all the cables back again and turn on the laptop

Hi. This really doesn't help. I can do a hard reset to get it to work again. But the point is, I should be able to wake it up from sleep. I think it's defective how do I contact acer customer service.
