predator XB271HU why 60 hz only ?!

hello ,
ive being tried to set my predator monitor for more than 60 hz but its not possible  .
do anyone had similar issue?
My components are listed below :-1: 
AMD vega 64
HDMI connection{i tried 2 different cables }
ACER predator XB271HU (apparently 165 hz)

    Better specify your processor and GPU.
    Recalling that the HDMi cable must be version 2.0 approved and connections, processor and GPU must support such frequency and resolution.

    @Mathe0 I think the hdmi is only capable of 60hz on the xb271hu. You have to use a display port connection to get the 144hz. however it looks like your graphics cards hdmi connection is able to support 4k resolution up to 60hz. The hdmi port version that comes with the xb271hu is 1.2
