hello my acer spin 515 recovery works not good.

when i recover through windows all my acer programs are gone.

then i have a clean install without acer recovery ect ect.

factory reset isnt that alt button  plus f10?

when i do that it doesnt work.
can some please tell me how i can get the Original acer set up back like when i bought it in the shop?

Hi, kindly follow the below steps and reload the Operating System when the unit is turned on.

1) Go to Settings.

2) Select Update and Security.

3) Select Recovery. Click Reset your PC. This process will erase all data on the your system.

4) Click Next, then select Fully Clean the Drive.

5) Click Reset to begin the Reset process. Plug your unit with the charger and leave it aside.

       
     If the unit is not on, try the below steps,

Reset PC using Alt + F10:

1)Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.

2)Press and hold down the Alt key,press the Power key to turn on the computer.Immediately start tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key.

3)Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.

4)Select Troubleshoot.

5)Click Reset your PC. This process will erase all data on the your system.

6)Click Next, then select Fully Clean the Drive.

7)Click Reset to begin the recovery.
