i don't know man but i feel like my helios 2019 has lost some of its cooling capacity ? already tried to repaste like 30 times with different pastes and still didnt fix *****, tried to apply the paste with different methods still nothing , and the worst thing now i have almost 8-12c difference between cores. Already tried to change the the thermal pads but i dont think its the issue as when i first got it it had no such issue.
i feel like i'm at loss
nothing is fixing the issue ugh, now 4 cores runs at like 75-80 and 2 cores runs at 87-90 ughhhhh
see the right side of the die almost has no contact with heat sink as ive noticed from the several repastes

Hi,Good Morning! Kindly check the temperature information below.
Predator products are engineered to withstand higher operating temperatures than traditional notebooks. These systems include features that help with cooling and heat dispersion. The CPU and GPU are designed to handle temperature spikes in excess of 98 degrees Celsius without causing damage to the components. It is common for PC temperatures to spike temporarily during heavy gaming or graphic usage. If the system encounters excessive temperatures that could damage the hardware, it will automatically shut down to protect the components from becoming damaged.
If in case, the temperature is more than 98 degrees, and if you feel that the unit is hot, kindly click the link below, choose your location and contact the Acer Support in your location. I hope it is helpful! :)

Kindly click "YES" to "Did this answer the question" if my answer helped you!
Thank you and have a Blessed Day  :3

MartinJohn00001 the issue here its the cores do not have similar temps as they are supposed to not just that the temps are high also the information you are providing its completely incorrect between 85+/90 the cpu will start to thermal throttle some earlier some later obviously it seems to me that either youre not a gamer or you wouldnt say that those thermal temps are acceptable any gamer would know the real issues with thermal throttling and what it can to to the high performance decrease when this happens or if you are you dont bother with loosing all performance while you are gaming which i find it really hard to believe after all a gaming laptop its to game and take advantage of the best performance that it can deliver plus i have seen loads of these posts around about <<<Predator products are engineered to withstand higher operating temperatures than traditional notebooks>>> this is just copy paste from someone else because they are exactly the same and again its incorrect info especially to give o users who have thermal issue its basically saying to them youre fine youre just imagining things theres nothing wrong with your device which its not the case at all after all we are here to help those with issues not to try to make them believe that their issue its just fine

Yahyoh i suggest you to try again and repaste it with kryonaut (if you havent already) and use the spread method only a thin layer of thermal paste covering the entire cpu/gpu diodes its more than enough too less or too much will result in high temps also check if your heatsink its not bent i any way that could not get an even pressure when screwed back in place if the issue persists after all this and your cores still behaving the same and if youre still on warranty i suggest you send it  back explain exactly whats happening with your cpu because it might even be that you got a faulty its rare but regarding hardware anything is possible

actually i dont have kryonaut now, but i think i will order one tube, ive used CM maker nano and gelid extreme, and had the same issue with both. Ive tried many application methods nothing seems helping still core 0 and core 2 runs 10c higher than the other 4 cores.

Yahyoh well i would give it another try with a repaste with kryonaut if you can get you hands on it also dont forget to check if your heatsink is bended in any way but if even after that you still face the same issue i would say unfortunately its the cpu thats might be itself faulty
