Good evening all,

The HDMI input is not working on the monitor. I have tested this across a number of HDMI cables, including two that are brand new. This has also been tested using a Raspberry Pi, using Raspian OS, and a desktop computer using Linux Debian. Both the Pi and desktop display using HDMI on other monitors. This monitor displays using VGA. DVI input is currently untested. Does anybody have any tips?

Cheers!

Try turning devices on in different orders, so PC first, monitor second then monitor first, PC second. That can sometimes help pin it down, but it sound like you're in for a chat with Acer service or your vendor for warranty repair/replace.
