Problems with my Predator Helios 500

so iv had my predator for less then a year annndd it has a few problems, but the one that concern me the most is, the laptops seems to very rarely lose connection to wifi and second if the thing goes to sleep or I close it when I wake it up the screen just becomes static, wat the hell

MrMorrison226 dont use sleep mode on windows its really buggy never worked properly and never will is suggest you to either hibernate or shutdown also disable fastboot regarding the wifi if it was working fine before the issue would probably be a windows update to the wifi driver if this was the case downgrade it to stock to see if it solves it

The Killer Control Center that comes with the units OEM is depreciated and needs a fresh install, unfortunately Killer Network decided to not include this as an update but forces you to scour the internet.

Once you follow this you'll see a drastic difference and it also gives you "gamefast" a super awesome tool for gaming built into the Control Panel that disables windows services whenever a full screen application is in use

If your screen is going static I'd suggest doing a BIOs update.

I have the same problem with the Helios 500, when I suspend the laptop when I wake it up the screen goes crazy. any solution?

LotuzZ1 this is already a old dead thread but my advice is dont use the suspend/hibernate and disable fastboot its a know windows issue on laptops that MS havent fixed and probably never will for some models also the ssd its already fast enough to boot so theres no need to use those anyways
