If the power button light is on and there is no display on the monitor, you may need to adjust the settings on the monitor. You can test if the problem is the VGA (the connection between your computer and the monitor) by pressing the Menu/Auto buttons on the front of the monitor.

    Step 1:

Check to make sure the monitor is turned on, which is usually indicated by some kind of light on the power button itself. If the light is on, the monitor is on and you should see some message.

If the monitor is on, but nothing is showing up, try to press the menu button to bring up the built-in monitor controls.

    Step 2:

Now check to make sure the computer is properly turned on.

    Step 3:

Please check whether the cable connected between the monitor and computer is connected properly.

    Step 4:

Turn off the desktop tower.  Turn off the monitor.
Unplug all the cables on the monitor and computer.
    Wait for a minute
Plug all the cables back on the monitor and computer.
Turn on the computer and monitor..
    Your should get the display..

What port are you using from the computer to the monitor? If the logo display works that shows the monitor working, so we're likely looking at the cable or a mismatched resolution.
