Hello everybody,
i hope you can help me.

I have a Acer 14 CB3-431.
I am experiencing problems using the mouse and mouse right click (Bluetooth mouse).
Touchpad works fine, it is the mouse, sometimes works sometimes no right click at all.
My Chrome OS is up to date.
Thank you for any suggestions/help.

    Hi

    Kindly follow the steps below..

Step 1: Check if your Chromebook works with Bluetooth
At the bottom right, select the time.
If you see Bluetooth Bluetooth, your Chromebook works with Bluetooth.
Step 2: Pair a Bluetooth accessory
At the bottom right, select the time.
    Select Bluetooth Bluetooth.
If Bluetooth is off, turn on Bluetooth.
Select the accessory you want to connect to.
Follow the onscreen instructions to finish connecting.
To check if your accessory is connected, look under "Paired devices."

    Fix Bluetooth problems
If you have trouble using a Bluetooth device with your Chromebook, try these steps:

Check for system updates. If any updates are available, install them.
Turn Bluetooth off, then back on.
Turn your Chromebook off, then back on.

If the above steps are not working then try the following steps..

At the bottom right, select the time.
    Select Settings Settings.
In the "Device" section, select Touchpad (or Touchpad and mouse).
    Change how your touchpad works:
    Turn tap-to-click on or off
    Turn on tap dragging
Swap your primary mouse button, if you use a mouse
Adjust how quickly your pointer moves: Move the sliders next to "Touchpad speed" or "Mouse speed"
Choose type of scrolling: Traditional (swipe up to move page down) or Australian (swipe up to move page up)

If you have more than one account on your Chromebook, delete the account that has problems with the touchpad, then re-add the account.

If the following steps are not going to fix the issue then you can perform power wash

"Powerwashing" a Chrome OS device is a fancy way of saying "factory reset."

Resetting a Chrome OS device wipes all user accounts and locally stored content. In order to preserve any saved files, you only need to move them to your Google Drive folder, wait for it all to sync up, then proceed with the reset.

At the first login screen, simply press Alt+Ctrl+Shift+R and tap the Restart button. Doing so brings up the Powerwash prompt, which you can choose to wipe the device clean within a few minutes.

You can also do the power wash in an alternative way

    Sign in to your Chromebook.
At the bottom right, select the time.
    Select Settings Settings.
    At the bottom, select Advanced.
In the "Powerwash" section, select Powerwash and then Restart.
In the box that appears, select Powerwash and then Continue.
