Acer Nitro 5, strange incessant hard drive-like processing sounds

My laptop may have recently started making this quiet but noticeable noise. It used to make same noise but more rarely. It is basically the normal hard drive sound but it's constantly processing something. When i scroll on the mouse it makes that noise as well.

However, i use Acer Nitro which has the Hard Drive on the right side while the noise comes from the LEFT side. Is this related to the fan or is there a particle somewhere in the hard drive which causes this sound. It might also be coil whine. No significant programs are playing on the background. My laptop has SDD and HDD drives.

There also might be the chance it has always made this noise and i just havent noticed because of headphones or the fan. Computer is over a year old.
