My Aspire ES 14 won't turn on

The laptop is fully charged (blue light appears when plugged in) but it won't turn on no matter what I do . I even tried resetting the internal battery with a paper clip as seen on the website, leaving it for 5 minutes then turning it on but nothing works

Hi, sorry to hear it. Kindly try to do power drain on the unit and check.

Power Drain

1)Unplug the AC power adapter.

2)Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off. 

3)Search for a pinhole that has a battery symbol next to it on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.
