The main unit I need a part number for is AX1430-UR12P. The fan makes a loud noise sometimes,so I think it will need to be replaced soon. It has the E-350 cpu.

The other unit is AXC-603G-UW13. It has the J1900 cpu.

I have been searching all over, but none of the fans look like the smaller ones we have. Thank you.

Let me get this straight. I ask for CPU fan numbers, so you give me a basic store link and tell me to go there. First, where are the CPU fans? They have systems and accessories. Where are the parts? Since you have been here over a year, I'd assume you could give a link to the supposed parts in the store?

Also, why would I call them? I ask a question on the forum to be told to call?

Unfortunately, Acer doesn't show a part number for the fan alone, they sell it with the heat sink:
You could do some measuring to find a fan the same size, but it's not going to have those nifty spring loaded screws. Are you sure the noise isn't just coming from excessive dust buildup on the blades or in the fins? You should be able to use most cooling towers for the LGA1155 CPU socket, I believe they all have the same standard hole pattern for mounting.
And calling the store might have found you the same part faster than waiting for another community member to come up with a suggestion. Since the good people here are almost always either other Acer customers of Acer employees on their own time, it's tough to get detailed info that's official.

It makes a lot of noise when it starts up and sounds somewhat like a small engine running. Eventually, it quiets down. It has been all blown out, so it's not the dust. Also, that image looks nothing like the fans in the machines. Plus, it has round heatsink while ours are square, and it has 4 wires while ours have only 3.

The only number I can find is technical support and the system is not still under warranty. Do they also just sell parts through technical support?

This is what the fan looks like. Sounds like a small engine sometimes. Most often during startup.

Measure the screw hole to screw hole dimensions on that fan, it will be something like 50mmx50mm or 80mmx80mm and search for the three wire versions that fit that form. I'm guessing the picture is for the first cooling tower they used and yours is the second type.
