Bad repairing service

My case Id is *********, I am very much disappointed with your service it's been more than a week and keyboard part is not available. And there is no time limit for my work as I am helpless my current work has stopped because of your worst service

    Sorry. You have posted to an ACER users group just like yourself. We are not ACER customer or repair service employees. Keyboard parts are often not stocked locally or are an integrated part of the upper case. So they must be ordered and shipped from foreign warehouses. I  once had to wait 12 weeks for a new KB to arrive. Jack E/NJ
