Hi, I am sorry to hear about your issue. Kindly try to do BIOS defaults by following the below steps and check.

    RESET BIOS

1.Turn Off the unit. Press the power button to turn on the unit.Immediately start tapping the F2 key until you enter the BIOS screen if it is a laptop. If it is a Desktop, you will have to start tapping the Delete key until you enter the BIOS screen.
2.In the BIOS, press F9 to reset the BIOS to setup defaults.
3.At the confirmation screen, press Enter for Yes to load the default configuration.
4.Press F10 to save your changes, and restart the system. Select Yes and press ENTER to confirm.

If the BIOS reset doesn't help, you can do a System Refresh on the unit by following the below steps.

2)Press and hold down the Alt key, press the Power key to turn on the computer.Immediately start tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key.
3)Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.
    4)Select Troubleshoot.
    5)Click Reset your PC.
6)Click Next, then select Keep My Files.
7)Click Reset to begin the recovery.

Post the result after doing the steps.
