Aspire V3 Audio Not Working

Hi, I tried searching and attempted to follow the steps to rollback the driver update, but nothing seems to be working. Recently my audio stopped working with some error about the audio driver, then when I tried updating the driver, I got another error saying that the Dolby theater is expecting a different version number. I tried rolling it back and that didn't seem to do anything. I also noticed in one of the hint screenshots that it showed one audio driver, but I see two on mine (1) Intel(R) Display Audio and (2) RealTek High Definition Audio - presumably I need both right? I frankly don't know what I'm doing or why this stopped working, but I'd love some help if anyone has tips to share.

Open Device Manager. Click on sound, video etc folder. Uninstall ALL audio drivers you find there. Don't try to re-install any of them. Exit Device Manager. Shut down the machine. Turn it back on. Jack E/NJ
