Hey guys, I bought an LG monitor today since my acer predator screen broke a while ago. I bought a 144hz 1mw monitor and when I go to Nvidia experience I only get the 3D settings and when I go to screen display settings I cant adjust my screenrefreshrate to 120, it keeps stuck at 59/60Hz, it says (in dutch) that I dont have enough or the needed admin powers to change it, which is weird cause my laptop only has me as a user and I am the admin.. I can post a screenshot but yeah its in dutch, I might change it to english to help me out more when you guys answer. Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help!

Hello @dkets91! What is your Predator's model number? Also does your PC come with NVidia GPU only?
Trying to do my best here - Your happy Predator owner =)!

Check the adapter properties for supported resolutions and refresh rates and post the screenshot with the selection you are trying to achieve (like the screenshot below).

dkets91 if the display you had bought supports what you want to achieve via hmi should work fine have you checked the compatible external display list also as @XdxD stated mentioning the full model of the laptop in question would help :)

Regarding the admin rights a prtscr would be helpful but if youre in an admin account you should have complete admin rights its really weird indeed
