ACER Nitro 5 AN515-42 graphic performance question and bottlenecking.

Fellow users who use the same model. I play league of legends mostly . I genereally get fps between 70-110. Though it drops to 50ish in teamfights. Is this normal performance?
I installed MSI Afterburner and noticed that GPU throttled between 30-100% mostly staying above 70. However CPU usage didnt cross above 30%. I dont have technical knowledge. Is this a case of bottlenecking ? Thank you .

No It is a GPU demanding game not much demand on the CPU

Make sure your graphics drivers are updated to this version or higher and click express upgrade



Make sure High Performance is selected under Power Plan in Nitrosense when on AC



After that make sure your RX560x is selected in Switchable Graphics for your games and your games are set on High Performance, you must import your games .exe using the Browse tab in pic below

If you have any throttling issues, I would suggest you get some good thermal paste and redo the CPU/GPU with paste.

And as @terryallen says repasting is a good idea. Try Grizzly Krionaut and there are YouTube videos on repasting  a Nitro 5

@MNK1997to run your game on the RX560x you must launch the game from inside the Radeon Adrenalin Control Center. use the ADD button on the right to add your game then Click the gaming tab and click the drop down box for your game then click launch. The game will now launch using the RX560x and it will be monitored in Nitrosense
