Hi, recently there is this issue am facing wherein I can see that my battery is completely charged, but the moment I take take it off the main supply the laptop just shuts off. And if I try to boot, it won't boot from battery power even though it says the battery is completely charged. As per acer support, I tried reseting the battery, it worked fine when I did it for the first time, but now there is no help.
Please suggest what should I do.

It should be the problem with the battery.
But you can also try going to device manager and uninstall the battery drivers and restart the unit and check, if still you have the problem than you need to change the battery.

It's definitely a battery not motherboard problem. Contact Acer support for a new battery, it should be free if you are still under warranty
