Nitro 5 (ryzen) Fan makes a snagging noise and vibrates the entire laptop

This started happening a few days ago, the laptop is completely fine when at high/low load i.e. gaming/light browsing but as soon as I do some moderately intensive task like working on my project with youtube open in background etc, the fans start to ramp up a little and make a snagging noise, and it's just the cpu fan, and it will get stuck at <100rpm, and keep making the snagging noise alongside vibrating the entire laptop for a minute, and then it'll match the gpu fan speed. I have checked multiple times, i play games or render something, the fans straight go to max and have no issues, this only happens on medium load. I tried using custom fan profile from the nitrosense app, thinking the fan profiles might be the issue but that wasn't so. I do keep my vents clean, with a compressed air can, once a month or so. Many reeboots/driver updates later(especially since I don't want to risk voiding the warranty(yet)) I cannot pinpoint an exact software cause of this. This might be a broken bearing for all I know, and acer support has been pretty unresponsive, two days since they accepted my repair case and noone has arrived for an onsite check yet.

    Good Morning Kazarian !

High workloads often make fans have high speeds.
But the fact of such noise and vibration may be caused by misalignment of the fans or even a broken flap / flap.
In this case, it must be replaced.
