I'm stuck with a white screen when plugged in through either DP cable or HDMI cable, computer still responds and shows the monitor as connected, and the monitor will flash to show that it is also connected, but the screen is white no matter what I do. The controls in the back also show no response to my knowledge. I have tried to use different resolutions, enable/disable G-Sync, changed the refresh rate and all results in a white screen. Even in stand by mode the screen remains white. Anyone have issues of the sort, or maybe a possible fix?

Try disconnecting the monitor from power then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. That will reset the power and allow the monitor to power up in it's normal mode. Plug it back in and give it another try.

Have the exact same issue. I don't even need an HDMI or Displayport cable plugged into the monitor, it turns white right after turning it on. I even plugged in a brand new power cable out of a plastic bag and tried that, same thing. Now it's a paperweight indeed. Not buying Acer again.
