I am currently using an Acer Nitro Spin 5, this computer has a GeForce GTX 1050 graphics card inside and is optimised FOR GAMING PURPOSES, yet my computer cannot run Hearthstone (electronic card game which can be run on most phones with ease) on medium quality. Whilst in game, if I click too many times it crashes. Is there something wrong with the way I am using it. I have it connected to an underside fan to help with cooling. I also have the charger in while playing aswell. Why is it that I cannot play one of the least demanding games on the market (on a 'GAMING' computer)? What am I doing wrong? Or is there something wrong with my computer?

    Good afternoon KeesT !

What EXACT model of your laptop?

Are you using the basic settings and requirements to play?

1- all drivers and windows must be properly updated
2- the device must be set to use the high performance power plan of Windows
3- the battery must be charged 100% before playing
4- Battery should be set to advanced power options for maximum performance.
5- Game applications must be set in dedicated GPU Dashboard (AMD or Nvida if you have one) to be the main
6- The appliance must be connected directly to a properly grounded power outlet without any power adapter.
