My Bios is now version P01-A2. I'm upgraded many part of this desktop: CPU+cooler/fans (Phenom II X4 965), memory (to DDR3 8+8GB), +SSD etc.
Problem is that memory should be 1333MHz but all spec-apps shows that only 669MHz is available - I believe that problem could be solve using any newer Bios - am I right? Anyway, I can't find any support information from Acer support site - ET1358 cannot find from support site anymore.

Could anyone help me - I propose that Acer archive have newer Bios available but not for me - why?

I don't see any newer BIOS from Acer, but I believe that machine was an eMachines design from before Acer bought them (2013 or earlier is what I found online, the processor was released in 2010). The likely just haven't had a need for updated drivers over what Microsoft provides, so haven't loaded the old drivers to the support site.

I forgot to say - power is upgraded as well and after all CPU temperatures looks quite good - using PassMark performance test max temperature was 53 C and continuos stress test (all cores loaded to 100% for several minutes), temperatures goes to 55-56 degrees Celsius. Most of time temperatures variate between 30-35 degrees.

So the PC is now even usable - starts about 20 seconds and all Win7 apps that I need can be use normally. This is my Win7 desktop because all of my older apps cannot use in Windows 10 PC.

Dual channel memory at 667MHz has 1333MHz throughput, hence the 1333 number. I don't believe there is a newer BIOS

Thanks your reply. I noticed this as well - 667MHz means with 2T command rate 1333MHz.
So you solved part of my problems - thanks about it.

I still would like to update Bios if it's possible - just because the exist version is too simple for any real own definitions.
I found some web pages that could have some newer versions but I wouldn't like to use them - I think it's not enough safe way to Download from pages that are not secured and are unofficial. Some of these pages even looks older Acer support pages - never DL anything from this kind of web pages.

It's strange, if there are not any newer version of Bios. Maybe this is a picture of the company ... ? I already wondered, why the Motherboard is so weak in this PC - originally there were AM3 processor but in MB have only AM2 slot, bus should be sata2 but speed of bus are slower than sata2, etc etc. I would upgrade the motherboard as well but I think, I should install OS and all apps after that, so I can't do it - I would lose some older SW that not supported anymore and I haven't all any proper disks for reinstalling these ...

Maybe I have to think in future - what kind of Desktop I will buy ... maybe I should know all parts (especially Motherboard) that is used so that upgrading is possible as well. I don't understand where the Acer is found this Motherboard - it's not common and it have unknown manufacturer ... anyway, I didn't found the manufacturer information from anywhere from the web.

I left this still open - maybe someone have more information about this motherboard?

I accepted your answer - it's not what I wanted but looks that anyone haven't any extra information available. So, this discussion can be close now. Thanks billsey!!
