Hi All! I recently purchased the XB321HK. I set it up to my RTX 2070 with the Displayport cable that comes with the monitor. I'm trying to watch Netflix on 4K but it only seem to play normal HD. I looked around and I have to enable it on my Windows 10 Windows HD Color Settings. Under Display Capabilities, "Stream HDR video", "Play HDR games and apps" and "Use WCG apps" is all turned to "No" and is greyed out with no way to turn it on. I read its something to do with HDMI and Displayport cables but I'm a little confused. It seems like I bought a 4k monitor that can't do 4k stuff? Please help!

    Good Morning Aidil42 !

There are several factors to check:

    1- the cable version
2- GPU and CPU support for rendering 4K images
3- NetFlix display settings must be set to 4K resolution

Remembering that not all content available on NetFlix has 4K standard
