I have a new Acer Aspire A515-52-38GU laptop (SNID: ....) Running win10 home in UEFI mode.

After booing my laptop or turning on my laptop,  the touchpad doesn't work until I press any key from keyboard 😥
Ive tryed both ELAN and Synaptics touchpad drivers but didn't worked.
And there is no advanced or basis touchpad setting in BIOS.
Sometimes turning on my laptop, if i go to the searchbar by not pressing any key from keyboard,  it keeps pressing "******"

  • Hi,
Go to Device manager, expand Human Interface Devices and "Mice and other Pointing devices" and post the snip.

    Hi AeonQuake
tried pressing FN + F6 like someone said above but it didn't work, then I saw a key with a hand icon printed on it (which is F7) so I pressed Fn and F7 together and my mouse unfroze.
