In my Video ( https://youtu.be/mxOVqyDjiWE )( Please see this video) : When I pulled the battery cable up, cross showing in battery icon and showing 255% available (Plugged in) on Laptop Screen. if i plugged out AC Adapter then nothing changed! its showing "255% Available (Plugged in). i checked it 3 times and its showing plugged in but really nothing charging. if i pulled the battery cable down then it's working good. so what's problem here? in battery cable? or Where the battery cable is plugged in?
2nd Problem: My laptop old battery 2800 mAh 14.8 V but new battery 2600 mAh 14.6 V.  is it a problem?

There are multiple things to suspect for this issue.
    1. It could be a software issue ( A refresh or reset can be done to test and confirm )
    2. Could be BIOS issue ( A BIOS update can be done to test. **Be careful before upgrading the BIOS. Follow proper instructions to update it**)
    3. Yes as you mentioned it might be an issue with battery. 2800 MaH to 2600 MaH

If you think your device is under warranty then contact acer support for better assistance.

as there has been a change of battery (model), 10 hasn't recognised there's been a change since first install and it misreports.  This might be worth a shot:

Step 1: Click the Windows “Start” button and type "device manager".  Then press enter when it is listed.

Step 2: Click the “Batteries” section. A list of devices will appear.

Step 3: Right-click the “Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery” device and click “Uninstall.”

Step 4: Click the “Action” menu item and “Scan for Hardware Changes” to reinstall the driver, wait for it to complete (won't take long).

    Restart the computer.
