I want to order the new Helios 300 https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07QXLFLXT/ref=ox_sc_act_image_4?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
But some reviews say it stopped working after some days or the screen doesn't turn on, I need you guys opinion because I'm shipping it out of the United states and I don't want anything to happen

I dont even see that one on their website. I'm guessing it's an older model?

I saw it on Amazon, but that doesn't make it "new".

    (1) If you're worried about receiving a damaged machine from Amazon, you can arrange for an Amazon return before shipping it out of the US.
    (2) If you're worried about damage while shipping out of the US, you can pay for international shipping insurance.
    (3) If you're worried about warranty coverage out of the US, you can arrange it through a US ACER service center and pay for shipping both ways.
    (4) If you worried about getting a 100% guarantee nothing adverse will happen, you can decide not to buy this machine.

@Foga probably the best 2019 gaming laptop so far comes pre undervolted has great temps I would make sure you would still have full warranty by importing it from the US because every country has their own warranty policies and most of the times you will lose the warranty if you import it from another country (due to tax and customs laws) so I would check it very well first and this model its only available in the US

Thank you very much, I just placed the order for the laptop along with a 2TB WD Blue hard drive, do you think I should do a clean install of windows when it arrives and any other advice?

Not trolling. I read the specs. I'm honestly not seeing anything new about the hardware. I was wondering what changed to make it new?

if you're not trolling then you should read up more... the helios 2019 has a blue theme instead of 2018 red theme also the 2019 helios 3 has a 9th gen i7 instead of 8gen i7 on the 2018 model of helios 300 also the cooling system is much better on the 2019 helios 300
Tips 1: For gaming laptop make sure before you shut down especially after a heavy gaming session to let it cool down for at least 10min before you switch it off!

Beirizgude clearly you havent got a clue about what you are talking about juat to add to what aceerfan stated above for starters its a complete new design much smaller that the 2017/18 less heavy much more compact the cpu/gpu arent sharing the same heatpipes anymore they have separated pipes and fans on each side regarding the cpu the 9th gen seems to be worse that the 8th gen regarding keeping  the same turbo boost speeds on all cores but thats entirely intel's fault as they are trying to be better than amd and they cant  as far as i know its the only downside because everything else its much better
