Acer Swift-SF113-31-P5CK (N17P2), Non working keys and battery.

Hi.

 I purchased this laptop under 1 year ago in New Zealand. 4 months ago it stopped working on the battery, it says the battery is fully charged but when I take out the power chord the computer turns off instantly.

 3 weeks ago, I am now having problem with the keyboard. The keys I am having problem are the gamer keys WASD and KL;, sometimes I have to hold them down for a while before a character shows up, very frustrating. I primarily use this laptop for studying (firefox, MS Office, AutoCAD, Solidworks). The only games I have installed on it are Shareware Quake 2 (rarely play), WinUAE (Amiga Emulator).

 These problems are happening on both Windows X and Lubuntu linux I have installed.

 I have tried the 5 second battery reset at the bottom of the keyboard, but the problem is still happening.

** like I said, I don't use this for games, Primary use is for study/Internet and I use WinUAE a lot more than Quake 2.

 Any recommendations? Also will I be able to add more RAM to the Mother Board or is it soldered to the Mother Board.
