I have sold my Acer Predator g3-710 to a guy living far away from me. I shipped him the PC and he said that after he received it, he had a big problem with it. After booting up the PC (which I was factory reset), choosing langauge, addding emial, password and phone number and then finally pressing next, the screen went white and nothing else happend. He restarted the PC multiple times and the same thing happens at the same place everytime. Anyone knows what the problem might be and how to fix it?

You might have to reset the device one more time. It most likely looks like checking for updates but it was unable to that's the reason you get white screen with nothing.
