I had installed Windows 8.1 on the device and everything seemed fine until I did a BIOS Firmware Update.  System halted and crashed.  Now on bootup, I get the following Blue Message
"Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed.  Insert Recovery Media and Hit any Key.  Then select 'Boot Manager' to choose a new Boot Device or to Boot Recovery Media."

I inserted my USB stick which I used to put Windows 8.1 Pro on to the device originally.  I hit Enter and I get a Blank Boot Options Menu.  No devices are recognized or displayed here.  How can I resolve this and get back to normal?
