Sorry but this is NOT the Acer support page and you are not talking to Acer. This is the Acer Community Forum and we are all users just like you, we share our knowledge to try and fix problems. If you would like us to help try to fix it, then please give us the exact model number AN515-** and details of the keyboard problem and what happens when you try to use it

Please click YES if I answered your question

I am not an ACER employee
Thank you and have a blessed day  B)

    Hi spykars,

I am very sorry to hear this. Please keep in mind that the Acer community is not a direct portal to technical support, it is designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users can help other Acer users, the main purpose of the Acer community is that it be a place where members can exchange their own advice, ideas, knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.

The Acer community is not designed for direct customer service inquiries, case status, complaints,  sponsorships or donations request, we recommend using the appropriate channel/sources for your request.

If you need technical assistance, please contact your local Acer support channel:

Note: this thread will be now closed.

Sorry for any inconviniances this may cause,
