About 6 months ago I installed a 1TB NVME drive in the empty slot and it worked great. Installed a bunch of games, no issues. Today the laptop is not recognizing it. Bios and disk management is not seeing it at all. I placed it in a external enclosure and it seems to work fine but is a bit slow. Do the ports on the laptop just go bad or is my NVME drive about to die? Im on the laptop now so the other drives seem to work fine. I have no extra M.2 drives laying around so I cant test a different one.

EDIT: forgot to add. With the NVME installed, the laptop seems to hang/boot slower then normal. Once in windows its fine other than not seeing the drive. The drive is a 1TB NVME made by Sabrent.

It works now. All I did was reset the bios to default. Not sure why that worked since I did not change anything in bios to begin with.
