Helios 300 temps driving me crazy

Hi. I bought an Acer Predator Helios 300 2 weeks ago. The performance is awesome however at first the temps were going all the way up to 95 but then I saw the undervolt guides and did all the things the Hotel Hero guide said. However the cost of all those limiting was hard performance drops on newer games so I tweaked around a bit and created another profile. I have my cpu undervolted -0.110 (anything less than that would crash in demanding games) SpeedShift on 80 and I didn't limit the clock speed or disable turbo because that made so much of a performance drop for just ~2 degrees lower temps. Right now my idle temps are from 39-50, 50 is for when I close a game and start Idling this is ok but the problem is when I start playing a game for example Fortnite the temps start at 70 and gradually going up to 85 with a one second spike to 89 sometimes but the avg is 80 I think and this is when I use my own profile that I have said above. The Hotel Hero profile lowers this by ~2 degrees but the performance drop is more demanding game such as PUBG, Star Wars etc. is too much. So right now I can't play any game with calmness because every 10 seconds I am alt tabbing to see what my temps are! I put the fans on custom with the CPU on 5000 RPM and the GPU on Auto. These are my specs:
Core I7 7700HQ
GTX 1060
16 GB RAM
There is no thermal throttling whatsoever but my main concern is the life span of the laptop! Are these temps normal on high load?
P.S: I have also used the park control app and the power management options for better temps however the autonomes mode of the cpu is on enabled but everything else is exactly like the optim guide from that mustache guy :D
