acer spin 3 model n16p9. NO POWER

has not been dropped.
Replaced battery
replaced power source
Checked the inlet where power plugs into laptop. It seems just fine. It “clicks” in every time. I’ve inserted paper lip in battery reset button still NOTHING!  I don’t even get a light. Please help!!!

    Not under warranty 🙁 what does hardware issue mean?
