Do you get any of the balls juggling before it stops at the black screen? Sometimes the larger updates from Microsoft don't give much indication what they're doing and can take a looong time to install before finishing with a reboot.

Yes i do get the juggling balls at the bottom.. I left my computer on all night while i slept thinking thats what was going on but it didnt change anything, it almost seems like its shutting on and off constantly but I cant tell. I got into the f2 menu and tried a couple things but could never get the system diagnostic to load same with the f10 it says one moment please and then goes to a black screen and the mouse icon does pop up but nothing happens?

OK, so the problem is within Windows. I'd make a first guess at a corrupted driver that gets hung trying to load. First verify that fully by going into the BIOS and letting it sit for n hours or so then check to make sure it's still functioning, you should be able to move around the menus. If so the essential hardware is working. Next hold the shift key down while rebooting to get into the Windows recovery screens. Do the same thing there, let it sit and verify it doesn't go into the problem. That shows the Windows core code is working and we're likely talking about a fairly high level issue. From that screen there's way (which is escaping my mind ATM) to get into Window's diagnostic boot menu. Try booting in safe mode to see if everything is stable there.

I have tried everything that I have read on the Internet for the past couple days and I’m totally lost so I open the computer up just to look around I am not a expert by any means but I have rebuilt Xbox his iPad and have replaced hard drive and heat sinks in laptops in the past this obviously is a different animal I can tell that the hard drive is showing up in the bios registering both as the hard drive and set as the mode so I am guessing there is something going on with maybe the S I have tried everything that I read on the Internet for the past couple days and I’m totally lost so I open the computer up just to look around I am not a expert by any means but I have a rebuilt Xbox is iPads and have replaced hard drives in heat sinks in laptop in the past this obviously is a different animal I can tell that the hard drive is showing up in the bios registering both as the hard drive and set as the book mode so I am guessing there is something going on with maybe the SDD? I have this thing torn apart and I’m trying to find the hard drive if you can let me know what you think about what I’ve done so far and if you know what kind of parts this machine could use let me know so maybe I can order them and throw them in

The SSD is the card at lower right in your image that plugs in at one end and has a single screw holding it at the other end.
