As per one Acer Answers post, you need to update your Graphics drivers (here). Before following what's written in that thread, turn off "Fast Startup" and restart. later check whether the issue occurs again or not. Here's the link to do just that.

I updated my graphics driver from the acer website ( i had newer ones) and it's still not working my computer wakes up from sleep right when I put it to sleep

also for the fast startup I follow the guide but theres no button to uncheck even if i click "Change settings that are currently unavailable". Like its just not there even If I follow the guide step by step

Run this command with admin rights. Later disable Fast Startup.

Auto-Wakeup from sleep can be disabled in BIOS I think, but only when you close lid after sleep and open the lid to resume your work.

CleavAlive I wouldnt suggest to use sleep mode on windows at all never worked properly neither on win7/XP i would always use hibernate instead because the sleep mode would always mess up something in some way so my advice is if you really need to use a quick mode (i dont see why either as the ssd if you have one its quick enough to boot up everything really fast) use hibernate instead its much more reliable that sleep mode
