I am trying out different methods to increase battery time on my triton 500. I have tried to lower 144hz refresh rate to 60hz using Intel GPU control. But i am getting weird ghosting issue (link of screen record is provided below) and its every where. Using LCD decreases it, but it is still noticeable. Any one faced the same issue?

Imran_akhtar not sure if anyone faced that issue but your sacrificing performance that should be normal as the display was made to be on 144 not 60 also let me tell you right now that to increase your battery life you will have to sacrifice too much including performance and even after dont expect really higher increase because the battery main purpose on gaming laptops its to help the adapter to provide enough power to the cpu/gpu when it cant provide enough for the best performance i only advise to using it on battery on very light tasks and only if you really have to due to not having a socket near apart from that never use it on battery use it always on AC

I always use it on AC and there are only one or two instances in a week when i have to carry it out and most of task then is just typing on word, presentations or browsing. I am just finding sweet spot, where windows do not carry out too much background tasks, CPU do not just randomly boost up to 3.9Ghz or NVDIA GPU kicks by just opening chrome on Battery mode.

You could probably park/lock the cores when on battery to increase the battery life :) and regarding chrome try to set it up on nvcp to work with the IGPU only not the DGPU technically it should work the only thing i have running sometimes when on idle on the DGPU its the (windows internal.composable shell.experiences.textinput.input app.exe) i tried to set it up to the IGPU only but it wont stick dunno why so i just kill it its useless to me anyway :)
