I've had my laptop for almost 2 months now and it's been making a real squeaky noise whenever I press down on the left side of the touchpad which has been getting really annoying. Is there any ways to fix this?

Why are you pressing when you can just tap lightly on the touchpad? I've been using like this since December 2017 and the touchpad works as it should. Tapping with 2 fingers does right-click. These things make the touchpad to last longer.

By pressing down I meant when I click the left bottom side, it makes a real squeaky noise... I've been tapping it lightly the whole time but I have a feeling something is stuck in it but not sure.

I understand that but you can wholly ignore that sound by tapping, which is easy and good for the touchpad. If you still want to 'click' it, get it fixed at service center so that your warranty won't void.
