Everytime I connect headphone, this confirmation question pops up... I checked both Waves and Relatek Audio Console, both dont have an option to set OK permenantly.

Imagine this: You set it permanently. Then you turn your headphone off and Windows forgets to get back at using built-in speakers. So you try to connect your headphone and maybe it fails to detect that as well. You then have no way other than to reinstall the driver properly or reset your PC. That's why it asks for that everytime you connect it. Why am I telling this to you? Because I have faced it in my old Sony PC and many face similar problem in their Redmi Note 3 (mobile).

Really? Even in this era Laptops can't detect correctly when headphone are plugged in or not? Even years old mobile phone and my 6 year old previous laptop knows when to route audio to headphone and when to speaker.

I'm comparing my 2019 model laptop with my old devices and mobile phone and I can't understand why Predator programmed like this.

Anyway I was expressing my thoughts. No offense ok brother. Also I didn't experiece such issue like you had my judgement can be biased.

Yup. KB4505903 will stop your bluetooth speaker from connecting. This is MS induced bug.
