Model P5MO ??? Nitro model numbers begin AN515-** This is the Niro and Aspire Gaming laptop forum. Also describe whether your battery was full, were you plugged in, etc..
First thing is to try a battery reset. Make sure you are unplugged and turned off. Find the small hole on the underside of the laptop and put a straightened paperclip in it press foe 10 seconds. let the laptop sit for 15 mins then plug in and turn on, let us know if that works

Doesn't matter, do a battery reset even when your plugged in it is actually using the battery and the power is trickle charging the battery. Battery reset solves a lot of unusual problems
