My Acer would boot, background pic appear, able to login but after that it would go nowhere. Last night I attempted a restore which was unsuccessful so I decided to clean it completely  hoping that would resolve whatever was blocking windows 10 from loading.  Took most of the night to wipe and what I thought was reinstall windows 10.  Finally asked for country, time zone, etc, and to connect to the internet to complete . It was performing what I believed was Windows 10 updates but for the past 9 hours has been on blue screen with message "just a moment". Should I assume that it is frozen and no longer doing Windows updates or should I leave it longer because the updates are taking longer than expected.  It is Windows 10 Home-64-bit; I5 processor 6400. Any suggestions would be appreciated. This computer was purchased new in 2016 with Windows 10 pre-loaded and did not come with a restore/recovery disk.
