Kindly try power drain by following the below steps.Power Drain**************1) Unplug all the cables from the computer including the Power Cord.2) Press and hold the Power button (the ON and OFF button) down for 30 secs.3) Then plug the cables back in and check.If this does not work try out a different wall socket or try swapping power cables.

Might be that the cmos battery is dead...I just took my moms computer (same model) after she passed away. My son was going to toss it out. After alot of googling I found that to be the problem (even though all the experts said no chance).Guess what ? Just replaced the battery and it boots up and stays booted now. Hasn't powered up for over a year. Anyways, hope this works for others as well!
